At Oldroyd Plumbing Professionals, we believe plumbing is more than pipes and fixtures – it’s comfort, safety, dignity, and peace of mind.

Every month, through our Lend A Plumber Program, we donate our time and labor to help individuals or families in our community who are going through difficult circumstances and need essential plumbing assistance.

This program was created to give back to the people who support local businesses like ours and to help restore safe, functional plumbing for those who may not otherwise have access to it.

What the Program Covers

Lend A Plumber is designed for essential plumbing needs, such as:

• Active leaks
• Failed fixtures affecting daily living
• Unsafe plumbing conditions
• Minor drain or water piping repairs
• Toilet, faucet, or valve issues
• Other health and safety related plumbing concerns

Each project is evaluated individually based on urgency, scope, and overall need.

What the Program Does Not Cover

To keep the program sustainable and focused on helping as many people as possible, the following are generally excluded:

• Full remodels
• Large repipes
• Sewer replacements
• Major excavation projects
• Cosmetic upgrades
• Full water heater or water softener replacements
• Luxury fixture installations

How Nominations Work

We accept both self-submissions and private nominations from friends, family members, neighbors, teachers, coworkers, and community members.

If you know someone who may genuinely benefit from this program, we encourage you to reach out.

Selected projects may require:

• A brief phone conversation
• Photos of the issue
• An on-site evaluation prior to approval

We understand that asking for help can feel uncomfortable.

Recipients may remain completely private if preferred. Any photos, videos, or project spotlights shared publicly are only done with permission.

The goal of this program is not publicity – it’s community.
